With fifteen years of experience in the business, we have pride in partnered with many prestige customers (Philips, Sharp, ABB and Epson, etc) in the design, tooling and production of metal and plastic parts of various merchandises.
JIANSHENG is located in Xinglin District, Xiamen, China, which covers an area of 9000 square meters. Our production facility is equipped with sophisticate machinery: progressive Power Presses, milling machine, EDM, Wire Cut machine all with CNC technology to guarantee our tooling and production works. Through the factory tour which follows, you will be able to understand how much is our commitment devoted to achieve customers satisfaction.
JIANSHENG owned 8 sets of progressive stamping machine ands 40 sets of plastic injection machine within our modern production facilities. With these sophisticate regiment of machinery, we are therefore capable to maintain throughout, premium quality standards that our customers constantly demand. We have therefore awarded the ISO 9001 Certification in 2003. Other than dies and mold service, Jiansheng also engaged in components assembling, silk-screen printing, pad printing and product assembling. We have 45 skilled trade technicians, dedicated engineers and have also instituted rigorous QC procedures to guarantee our precision works.
